USAC File Upload

If the file is over 5mb, it must be compressed before uploading.

Select the downloaded USAC file and upload it to the server.

The proogram will read the USAC file emailed every Friday and rebuild the ValidateLicense table, then update the Racers table with the updated ValidateLicense table. It will also clean up the phone number, name and address and validate the email address on the Racers table.
